Service Description
Comfortable and professional filming studio for your content production. You will have access to the studio space and our professional light set-up (3 soft boxes, 4 video lights with diffusers). You will also enjoy all amenities including the kitchenette, one double bedroom (with linen provided), shower room, towels, toiletries. Please make sure to read the Booking Policies.
Cancellation Policy
HOUSEKEEPING: The Studio working hours are from 9 AM to 8 PM. You are welcome to check in on the day before of your booking. Check in from 4 PM to 8PM, unless agreed otherwise. You are welcome to check out on the day after your last day of booking. Check out from 8 AM and 10 AM, unless agreed otherwise. Please no parties nor guests. Be respectful of our neighbours. CANCELLATION POLICY: We have a strict NO CANCELLATIONS policy However, you can reschedule your appointment ONCE with the following notice: - Any booking lasting 2hrs or less - 48hrs notice (2 days) - Any booking lasting 2-4hrs - 72hrs notice (4 days) - Any booking over 4hrs - One week notice Please email us to reschedule on sin@studioofsin.com
